Qualifications & Skills

Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance (or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in injection or molding machine operations.

Strong knowledge of machine setup, mold change, and parameter adjustment.

Understanding of plastic materials, resins, and temperature control.

Ability to detect and fix production or quality issues quickly.

Team-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious work attitude.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor injection molding and extrusion machines during production cycles.

Set up molds, calibrate machines, and adjust processing parameters for optimal output.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Ensure all products meet quality and dimensional standards.

Record production data, material usage, and machine performance.
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to company policies.

Collaborate with the production supervisor to meet daily targets and reduce downtime.
